We are focussed on consistently balancing the twin objectives of exceptional personal service and value for money.

Acland Travel is a licensed Travel Agent (No: 32966) and a member of the Travel Compensation Fund, operating and complying with obligations set out in the Victorian Travel Agents Act, 1986. In addition we are an accredited IATA Agent.

Our difference

Our services are the same as all other TMC’S – we all book travel for busy customers. If Acland Travel does not deliver on mutually agreed goals then we will find another TMC for the customer who can at our expense, including transacting for free for the customer whilst we organize the transition.
