Here is how we have gone out of our way for our clients

During terrorist attacks in Mumbai India, 13 staff and their families from and Atlantic pacific client were affected. They were travelling for business and staying at or near the hotels under attack. In consultation with our clients in house security department and 3rd party security provider, our Atlantic Pacific Travel consultants were able to co-ordinate and secure flights along with documentation for the safe return of staff and families.

This involved our 2 dedicated consultants working over a number of days: ensuring there was safe passage out of the city, rooms booked at various hotels around the airport area in case the airport was shut down, back up flights booked in case the first option was cancelled.

This has included refining and initiating a single travel policy, revising the debtors set to monitor key elements EG: staff verses non staff travel, analysis of expenditure, preferred supplier negotiations and benchmarking and implementing a customized domestic and Trans Tasman on-line booking solution incorporating travel policy compliance and notification process.
