Need an example of how we go out of our way for our clients?

In September this year, a passenger missed a crucial connection in Rome on his way to Greece for a series of meetings. The passenger called our after-hours consultant at 18:30 Melbourne time from Rome. To allow for the rescheduling of his meetings in Greece, his entire three-week itinerary had to be reversed. By 02:00 Melbourne time, all amended arrangements had been confirmed including airline tickets, hotels, transfers and interpreters.
