Champion Travel is part of the Champion Group , which is one of Australia’s leading travel and event management companies and also includes a major Sports Products distribution operation (Champion Sports).

Champion was founded in 1991 by Malcolm Simpson, who had previously spent 25 years in the international airline industry. Today, Champion Travel is a full service retail travel agency specialising in corporate travel, leisure travel, golf holidays, conferences and incentive programs, cruising and special interest groups.

Operating with a staff of 14 fully qualified and experienced travel professionals, Champion Travel boasts a total of some 165 years experience in the travel industry. Operating at the leading edge of available technology, all staff members are fully trained and competent with all necessary computer programs including full international airline reservation systems.

Champion Travel guarantees their clients their absolute best efforts at all times and always aims to exceed client expectations. As a member of the Australian Federation of Travel Agents ( AFTA ), International Airline Transport Association ( IATA ) and the Travel Compensation Fund ( TCF ) , Champion Travel ensures all client monies are fully protected and guaranteed.
