Need an example of how we go out of our way for our clients?
A client arrived in Prague and his luggage arrived in Paris. He had no clothes or toiletries for his business meeting the next day. We phoned the concierge of the hotel and asked them to arrange a fresh business shirt, toothbrush, comb and underwear and have it delivered to our client’s room while he checked in. The client was so impressed, the story was published.
