Craig's Travel is a small boutique agency located on the high street in Armadale, with fully trained, professional and dedicated staff. The office is equipped with all of the latest equipment and is fully automated to service corporate and leisiure clients. Pat Craig, the owner, started in the early 70s in the largest corporate agency in Australia, where she worked for 15 years. She moved to Wandana, sold and then started Craig's Travel. Along with Pat is Kerrie Danaher, who has been with her for 15 years. Together they create an atmosphere of professionalism and continuity in the office at all times.

Need an example of how we go out of our way for our clients?

I had a client who was doing two trips and had been quoted in excess of $25,000.00 for a business class round the world ticket. I was able to get the fare with the help of a fare expert for $18,000.00. This same client was in Mexico on a train when he found out his mother had died. It was a Sunday here but I was able to get him and his wife out of Mexico that same day. His wife was on a frequent flyer ticket and I was able to get this changed as well.
