At GTS Travel Management we have been servicing the needs of companies large and small, local and national for 29 years from the same location in Artarmon on Sydney’s lower North Shore. We are not a call centre and invariably when you call us you will speak to the same consultant each time, who will recognise your name and probably your voice. That’s because we operate a service that survives and prospers on our staff getting to know our clients and their needs intimately. We have clients that spend $20,000 with us, others in excess of $1million. Everyone is a big fish in a small pond with us. Our reporting is as good as anything on the market and we can streamline it so you get just what you need rather than a truckload of paper, or just download it live to your pc. We even offer credit terms and that is a rarity even with the big travel management companies these days. Many clients like to save money and book their own domestic travel on line for a small fee. You can do that with us via our WebRes booking engine. In fact you can do that with most travel agents. What you can’t do with any other travel agent is have a dedicated consultant available via phone, including toll free, fax or email at the same fee level as using our booking engine. Why? Well if it suits you, we much prefer to have that personal contact. It’s all about choices and at GTS we give you lots of those. GTS is using its original name (Green Travel Service) for an expanded Leisure Division and has become a member of Cruiseco.

Travel is a people business and I find working with my staff and our clients really stimulating and rewarding. I have been in this industry for over 30 years most of which has been in corporate travel however I also have 4 retail outlets in WA under the Xpress Worldwide Travel banner.
