We're a Subiaco-based tourism group which enjoys a wealth of travel industry experience. In fact, our 3 major shareholders share more than 130 years of participation and have held management roles in retail and wholesale travel businesses. The story only starts there as we have a batallion of younger staff who thrive in this challenging field of endeavour. Integrated Tourism Services is the benchmark by which corporate travel agencies are measured in Western Australia. We're strongly capitalised and have withstood a multitude of industry challenges through our 11 years.
Our difference
We're a service driven enterprise which has installed the latest technology in order to fully support our many corporate customers. We're a Platinum Club member with Qantas and are preferred by most major international and domestic carriers. Our immensely experienced staff are on hand during business hours and with after hours and emergency contacts in place. We support our customers with their incentive campaigns and even have staff in attendance when this is requested of us. Our customers appreciate the speedy turnaround and seamless accounting procedures which enable them to get about their principal tasks, confident that all necessary action has been taken to ensure trouble-free travel. For a number of clients, we attend to staff travel directly, following laid down guidelines. In at least one case, this has obviated the need for the customer to employ a staff member to co-ordinate travel, with Integrated Tourism acting in that capacity.

Why I run a Travel Management Company
It provides the opportunity to interact with a variety of industries and to solve their travel requirements, in a professional manner. It feels as if we're an extension of their business activities, which makes for a much more interesting work environment.

Collected elderly passenger from her home, delivered her to the airline check in counter and assisted with check-in. She was travelling to spend Christmas with her daughter and became overwhelmed with the late hour departure, check-in procedures, taxis, etc.
