Orba Travel Brokers was established on 1 July 1990 with the key goal of becoming one of Western Australia's premier Corporate Travel Agencies. Through these past two decades Perth has seen many specialist corporate, and indeed retail, travel agencies come and go, yet Orba Travel Brokers has continued to grow steadily to now be in the position of being one of WA's largest, independently owned Corporate Travel Agencies.
Our office is in suburban Como, five minutes from the CBD. We have a highly energised, efficient and meticulous staff of 12 who collectively work together to provide a very high standard of service to our Corporate clientele. Additionally, our expanding retail section has its own dedicated consultancy.
Our Managing Director, Richard van Kempen, has carefully put together his team over the years, and it is a testament to him that most of the original staff is still with him. While being very professional, Orba Travel Brokers also retains an almost family feel. Our staff retention is also recognised by our client base. Over the years they have grown to genuinely know those at Orba Travel Brokers who are handling their bookings. It is this trust factor that plays a huge part in the ongoing relationship that Orba Travel Brokers has enjoyed with many of our customers over the years.
We are also firm believers in training and up-skilling and involving our staff in the business. No-one works AT Orba Travel Brokers, everyone works WITH us.
These are the primary reasons many of our customers have remained loyal to Orba Travel Brokers over the years. They believe the levels of service, care and value provided by their dedicated Account Managers cannot be bettered. Within the industry we prefer to operate in a collaborative way, partnering with airline, hotel and car, GDS and other agents to provide the best possible outcomes for both us and our clients.

We once had to source a private jet from Zurich for a flight from Venice to Naples for a VIP client and his family.
Also, another VIP client found that in his rush to go from home to the airport in Perth, he had forgotten his baggage. A consultant drove from our office to his private residence, collected the baggage and arranged at the airport for it to be put on the next available aircraft to London
