- Disregard frequent flyer membership points when dictating corporate travel policy.
- Keep corporate travel policies brief and simple.
- Encourage staff to plan travel (particulary international travel) as far in advance as possible so as to benefit from cheaper fares.
Need an example of how we go out of our way for our clients?
I recently purchased a battery razor for a doctor client and delivered it to his room several suburbs away. The client concerned was travelling to a short conference interstate and did not want the inconvienence of checking a small bag through hold luggage just because he was carrying a blade razor. The client had only bad experiences with electric razors. I persuaded him to test the battery operated model for short periods only. The test was a success.
