Spencer Travel is an innovative Travel Management Company. We specialise in SME Corporate business. As well as leisure travel and have a division called Travel with Kidz.

We are a member of Travelscene American Express which gives us greater buying power. We are also one of a few agents invited to join VIrtuoso which gives us access to upgrades and special amenities at most five star hotels. Two years ago we were also one of a few travel agents in Australia to become an Accredited Space agent - allowing us to sell tickets to Space.

Need an example of how we go out of our way for our clients?

I had some clients on a cruise that they were not happy with. They called me to say they wanted to get off at the next port. It was high season in Europe and I spent the whole weekend ringing around hotels and resorts to get them an alternative.  At the same time as dealing with the Cruise company, I was having to call in the middle of the night as they were in the US and keeping in constant contact with the clients. The clients felt that we were really helping their situation and ensuring they got the best outcome.
