Why I run a Travel Management Company
I have always enjoyed corporate travel itinerary planning from selecting the most efficient flights and routing to achieving the best airfare option to the client’s satisfaction.
Our top 3 corporate travel tips
- Book flights as soon as you are aware of the need of a business trip. Flights and dates can be altered closer to departure date but it is really difficult these days to obtain discounted fare seat availability (especially in business class) without booking well in advance.
- Ensure clients maximise airfare levels by travelling within geographical logic.
- Wherever possible when planning travel in business class to America try to include travel either via Asia or 'Round World' via Europe to achieve not only a lower airfare on most occasions but allow for further business opportunities en route to or from their destination.
